CAPTURE EARTH is an annual, exclusive wildlife photography experience with the aim of giving our clients access to four of the greatest wildlife photographers in the world today, in very small groups, in a beautiful African location.  

CAPTURE EARTH 2022 - THE LOCATION

ENTIM PRIVATE CAMP, MASAI MARA, KENYA Entim Private Camp offers one of the richest safari experiences in the Masai Mara. Front row seats are ensured for private wilderness experiences led by expert driver guides. Big cats often lay in wait around Private Wing to ambush gnus crossing the river just 100-metres from camp.
Private Camp is stylishly simple with comforts and luxuries that make your stay memorable. Its is about experiencing serenity of the Mara and its enchanting wilderness. The eight tents at Private overlook a small spring surrounded by trees. The Camp is designed for solo travelers, couples and small groups who desire complete exclusivity. You can view game straight from your private verandah, nothing else really matter. Game drives, cultural visits, bush dinners, sundowners, Entim makes for a wonderful base for our week-long adventure. 

CAPTURE EARTH 2022 - THE PHOTOGRAPHERS

DAVID LLOYD, PETER DELANEY, MARINA CANO and VINCENT MUNIER are all experts in their fields, leading fine art wildlife photographers, film makers, conservationists and experienced speakers. Between them they hold many accolades in the world of wildlife photography, including BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year, and have released countless books of their work. The event is hosted by Capture Earth owner JONATHAN CHRITCHLEY, himself a noted fine art photographer who is included in the Sunday Times 100 Greatest Photographers of the World.

GAME DRIVES

During Capture Earth there will be game drives every morning and late afternoon. The vehicles are specially adapted Land Rover Discoverys with open tops and three rows of seats behind the driver. Each vehicle will hold a fully trained driver/warden, one of our guest photographers and 3 clients, each with a row of seats to themselves, giving the ultimate in viewing possibilities. There are bean bags supplied with each vehicle. Each client will have the opportunity to travel with each photographer on several occasions. In the evening there will be sundowners served out in the bush before heading back to the lodge. 

CAPTURE EARTH TALKS

Every day during Capture Earth there will be talks by the guest photographers and animal experts, using the seminar facilities at the camp, and with slideshows, demos and Q & A sessions. Each talk will last approximately an hour, with a Q&A session at the end. There will also be private one to one talks with each guest photographer for every client. 

TRANSFERS

We will be at Jomo Kenyata Nairobi International Airport to meet your flight and take you by road to stay overnight in a 5 star hotel in Nairobi (30 minute journey). Then in the morning we will transfer you to Nairobi Wilson Airport for the short flight to the Masai Mara, where you will be met and taken to Entim. Baggage allowance on the flight is only 15kg so we are proving a vehicle that will take your luggage by road to Olonana. Full details will be given to you well before the event.

15,900 euros per person for single use of a luxury suite

24,500 euros for a couple sharing a luxury suite

The price includes all transfers, the first night in a 5 star hotel in Nairobi, air transfers to the Masai Mara, superb accommodation at Entim Private Camp, all meals, all drinks, all talks, game drives and other activities mentioned on this website.

HOW TO APPLY

CAPTURE EARTH is by invitation only. In order to apply for a place please contact usfor an application form. Once we have received this you will hear back from our director Jonathan Chritchley within 48 hours. If you have already attended a Capture Earth event, then you automatically bypass the application process and have immediate access to the current event, subject to availability.
